Littlejohn Law Offices, PLLC is an African American woman- powered law firm located in Durham, North Carolina. Diane Littlejohn, an intellectual property is the managing owner and principal of Littlejohn Law Offices PLLC. Attorney Littlejohn earned her J.D. from North Carolina Central University School of Law in Durham, NC, in 2010 with a certificate in Dispute Resolution. She also serves as the Executive Director of North Carolina Central Univeristy new Technology Law and Policy Center.

While at North Carolina Central University, Ms. Littlejohn served as a staff editor on the NCCU Law Review as well as a senior editor on the Southern Region Black Law Students Association Law Journal (SRBLSA). In addition, Ms. Littlejohn published a legal article in the SRBLSA Law Journal concerning presidential security.

Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Ms. Littlejohn earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism at the University of Nebraska-Omaha in 2003. Before law school, she worked in several positions as a journalist and writer, including working as a technical writer for a major health insurance company.
